Sunset
Cliffs is just south of Ocean Beach. Just like its namesake, Sunset
Cliffs is without a doubt one of the best places to go in San Diego
for spectacular sunsets.
This a great place to walk, bike ride or take a picnic in one of the
hidden and secluded coves. The cliffs are also a great vantage point
to watch the seasonal migration of the California Grey Whales as they
swim by on their way to the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez and Mexico.
Location:
Take I-8 west; it turns into
Sunset Cliffs Boulevard, which takes you to Sunset Cliffs Park.
