Maurice Car’rie Winery

A
large Victorian-Style Farmhouse, the Maurice Car’rie Vineyard
& Winery is nestled amidst the rolling hills of the Temecula Valley.
Established among the first vineyards planted in the region in 1968,
Maurice Car’rie is an icon in Temecula Valley where guests enjoy
Complimentary Wine Tastings in the Valley and their Famous Baked Brie
in Sourdough Bread. The Plantation House Restaurant will open
at the winery in November 2005, featuring a Pacific Rim Cuisine.
The Linn Family and Winemaker Gus Vizgirda are producing wines such
as the sweet and fruity varieties of Riesling and Muscat Canelli, along
with the traditional greats of Chardonnay and Merlot. The Linns
are also pleased to introduce a new Pineapple-Flavored Champagne and
the popular Pinot Noir. They handcraft 14 Estate-grown varietals
that have received hundreds of awards and accolades in a long list of
competitions.
