Bay Hot Sauce is a new hot sauce manufacturer set to start production
of hot sauces in March of 2007. Here is what they have to say about
themselves.
“Scorpion Bay produces premium gourmet hot sauces that reflect
the regions and cultures we discover during our travels. It is our
passion to find and produce the newest and most original flavors the
world has to offer.”
They will start out producing three hot sauces to begin with.

fiery DeArbol hot sauce that is reminiscent of old style “hole
in the wall” taco shop hot sauces.

Chipotle hot sauce that is smoky slightly sweet with a hint of chocolate,
and finally they will be producing an Avocado hot sauce that is smooth
creamy with a fiery kick! Goes great on fish taco’s. You will
